Processing time

Orders ship within 2 business days of payment. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $4.00 flat rate on orders under $50.
• Free shipping: orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax).

Delivery time

Delivery estimates start once your order has shipped. Cards ship by USPS and usually arrive in 3–7 business days. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can add time.

How your cards are packed

Every card ships in a penny sleeve and top loader, inside a protective mailer, so it arrives in the condition shown in the listing.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping addresses

Please enter a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. We ship within the continental United States. For other locations, email support@flextrendstore.com.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us. For damaged items, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the card, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may ship separately at our discretion.
