We aim to ship orders within 1â3 business days from payment confirmation.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Standard (3â7 business days): $5.99
- Free shipping: Orders of $50+ (after discounts, before tax)
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been fulfilled. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Order processing
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT process the next business day.
- No weekend or holiday shipments.
Tracking
We email tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping addresses
- Please provide a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We ship within the continental United States. For other locations, email support@flextrendstore.com.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check with household members and neighbors first.
- For damaged items, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the shipping label.
Preorders & backorders
If an item is on preorder/backorder, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page. Orders with multiple items may ship separately at our discretion.
